Limit reset should indicate timezone

When you get error messages like Claude Max usage limit reached. Your limit will reset at 12am. it appears that this uses the system local timezone. Unfortunately, I frequently SSH to machines all over the world, so this is not particularly informative for me. Ideally this limit should show the timezone or a relative time.
