[BUG] devcontainer doesnt allow for screenshots to be attached

What's Wrong?

Images cannot be pasted into VS Code Terminal when CC is running inside a devcontainer. This has been filed before in 3 different bugs which have been closed, but this bug still exists.

What Should Happen?

Pasting images should work like outside dev container

Run CC in devcontainer
Open VSCode terminal for dev container (or any terminal)
Try pasting in CC
