[Feature Request] Bypass cache for local disk-based plugin directories
Bug Description
The marketplace feature is quite useful, but the team I'm on wants to just have Claude load from disk--we have our own system in place to keep developer machines up-to-date. The new cache system prevents Claude from seeing changes to these files until the version is changed and the marketplace is updated manually (since AFAIK we can't enable automatic updates on all machines for this marketplace by default), which makes it near-unusable. I understand why the cache is necessary for most sources, but for directories on the computer, couldn't Claude just load the plugins from there every time? Seems a lot more reasonable to me than having to manually load updates to the plugins somehow, especially if the goal is to be able to iterate quickly when writing plugins
