[Bug] Pasted text placeholders not expanded in message history

Bug Description
in the message history of claude code pasted text (that is long and shown as e.g. [Pasted text #1 +55 lines]) is not actually stored (it is stored as literally [Pasted text #1 +55 lines]) and so when trying to execute the prompt with inserted text again Claude sees literally [Pasted text #1 +55 lines].
