[Bug] Web Search tool stuck on 2024 date context despite updated configuration

Bug Description
Web Search("Expo SDK 54 react-native version compatibility 2024")
⎿  Did 1 search in 10s is stuck constantly on only searching in twenty twenty 4. Even though it's in the Claude MD file and everywhere we put it, it still sticks to thinking it's in 2024.

Everything it ever searches for is 2024. You must be able to add something so that it doesn't, it knows the current date and searches for things on the current date. We have tried everything on our end to make it work on the. The right date, but every single time it does a search, it's looking for 2024.
