[Feature Request] Add configuration to disable or customize auto-complete suggestions

Bug Description

Feature: I need some way to configure or disable Claude Code auto-complete suggestions.

1. it's a misuse of my context tokens
2. even if it's free, I need to control the suggestions it is giving me. I need to ban some suggestions that I never want it to offer.
3. it offered for me to add instructions to my CLAUDE.md, but given that it couldn't find any documentation about this feature, I suspect it doesn't actually know if it has control over the auto-complete suggestions.
4. it offered for me to pre-emptively set the CLI command it would use as an ask permission, but I don't believe that would prevent autocomplete from showing me the command in autocomplete.
