[E2E] Browser 3 - Gap resolution not reducing blocking gap count

Context

• Package: doc-package-3
• Stage: 3 (Relationships)
• Environment: E2E-3 (localhost:5003)

Expected Behavior

When resolving a blocking gap (e.g., missing volume for line item '40011-3018B') by entering a value and clicking Apply, the blocking gap count should decrease.

Actual Behavior

After entering volume value (0.0038) and clicking Apply:

• The gap count remains at '12 Blocking, 8 Warning'
• The same gaps reappear in the list
• Resolution values are not being persisted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to doc-package-3 at Stage 3
2. Click 'Resolve' on a blocking gap (e.g., missing volume)
3. Enter value (e.g., 0.0038)
4. Click 'Apply'
5. Observe: gap count unchanged, same gaps shown

Impact

Blocking - Cannot complete Stage 3 for doc-package-3 due to unresolvable gaps
