[BUG] `/hooks` command: Selecting any hook event redirects to `PreToolUse` settings.

What's Wrong?

Regardless of which hook event is selected with the /hooks command, it redirects to the PreToolUse setting.

What Should Happen?

The settings screen for the selected hook event should be displayed.
