[Bug] Image cache persists after conversation rewind, preventing new image uploads

Bug Description
when the image/screenshot I uploaded to claude is too large, claude rejects it and encourages me to attach smaller images. BUT when I tried to upload other images, it just does not work, it still recognizes the old images which is huge. I have tried to REWIND the conversation back prior to that, Claude still rejects it, so yes the artifact does not removed even you REWIND the conversation. Please FIX!
