[Bug] Image upload fails with size error, subsequent prompts blocked until restart

Bug Description
Image was too large. Double press esc to go back and try again with a smaller image. This occuring during I uploading a screenshot image from my mac. After getting an error all prompts after the error occur will be having the same error.
