[BUG] /install-github-app executes but then gets stuck

• Operating System: macOS 15.5
• Terminal: iTerm2

Bug Description

the /install-github-app executes but then gets stuck on the screen shown.
it is not locked up, but I cannot enter a repo it is happy with, and I cannot press <ESC> to exit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude
2. cd abio/abio1
3. /install-github-app

Expected Behavior

It should complete execution and get back to the command prompt

Actual Behavior

I waits forever for me to enter an acceptable repo.
Press Enter is greyed out, so I cannot continue
