[FEATURE] Feature Request - Add annotation to plans claude proposes inside of visual studio code / cursor

Problem Statement

Claude often proposes a long plan and I sometimes don't agree with parts of it.
I have three options

1. Agree (even though I don't agree fully)
2. Yes, allow all edits during the session (also doesn't make sense)
3. No, and tell claude what to do differently.

The last option is not sufficient as it closes the file and doesn't let me comment on claude's proposal inline.

Proposed Solution

I would like to be able to highlight specific lines and add comments sort of like antigravity does it.
