[Bug] Claude Code performance degradation after Opus 4.5 update

Bug Description
Opus 4.5 is simply terrible, the current performance of Claude Code is awful, it's become many times worse than it was before. Opus 4.1 with Claude Code worked much better. It seems Sonnet 4.5 has also started working much worse with Claude Code. I don't understand what's happening, but after the update the product became horrible, just like ChatGPT, which is why I left it and switched to Anthropic. Ignoring instructions, instant forgetfulness, completely thoughtless execution of commands, complete lack of context awareness, and so on and so forth. This is disgusting and terrible. Bring back the normal Claude Code functionality
