[Bug] Claude hangs during execution and fails to resume after interruption

Bug Description
Claude has been randomly hanging recently. It'll get stuck "ruminating". Then if I cancel (ctrl-c) and resume with a "continue" prompt it just flat out wont do anything.. just gets stuck. And I have to close claude code entirely and restart.
