"I received a $4,501 NZD refund around the 24th due to the Claude Code tooltip bug from November 23rd. I've been carefully tracking my daily usage since then.
Today my balance suddenly changed from $4,501.00 to $45.01 - exactly the same digits with the decimal point moved. This appears to be a system error, not actual usage consumption.
I monitor my usage daily and did not consume $4,456 worth of tokens. The mathematical pattern (moving decimal point) suggests a billing glitch rather than legitimate usage.
Please investigate this transaction and restore the missing $4,456 to my account. I can provide my usage tracking records if needed."
