[BUG] Claude Code in VSCode cannot go back to another prompt

What's Wrong?

When I try to go back to latest prompt with double escape. I cannot do that. So I'm stuck with image is bigger than context.

What Should Happen?

Cluade should have clear the latest prompt and go back to prompt before latest message.

Error Messages/Logs

Image was too large. Double press esc to go back and try again with a smaller image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code VSCode extension.
2. Review a project.
3. Try to import a image larger than the context.
4. When "Image was too large. Double press esc to go back and try again with a smaller image." message appears. Try to go back with double esc.
