Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

• Output style shows in status bar but doesn't update after /output-style command
• Was working correctly a few weeks ago
• Does update after a restart of CC, but should update either immediately after output-style changed or on following message from Claude
• Current version: 2.0.61

What Should Happen?

Running the /output-styles command to change the output style should immediately update the output style in the status bar (if enabled to display.) At a minimum, should update after next conversational turn.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable current output-style display in status line
2. Change output style with /output-style command
3. See that the prior output style is still displayed when the new one should be displayed
