What's Wrong?

Claude Code is very eger to know how he is doing. In the middle of coding sessions he show the survey "how am I doing". I mostly press 1 or 2 during sessions since these are the most common keys to use in a CC session. I have mistakenly answered "1. Bad" many times to the survey due to this.

Actually I'd rather not see this survey. But if it's needed it needs to be displayed in a way that won't lead to wrong answers.

What Should Happen?

No survey should be shown in the middle of a session, or the survey needs top be reconfigured.
