[Bug] Survey prompts interrupt workflow and persist after decline without opt-out mechanism

Bug Description
Please cease asking folks for surveys regarding how well Claude did unless being paid for it, as this destroys focus and feels like ads despite having a premium sub. This should be opt-in or explicit /slash commands only. If I dismiss the survey, it pops up what feels like every 5m until answered. Hire a QA/survey team, folks - or have a freemium tier to help train (if not already).
