[Bug] Anthropic API: Extended Thinking timeout without user feedback causing CLI hang

Bug Description
Opus, under thinking mode, is getting freezed during conversation but without letting me know that he is stuck. That can be for even 30 minutes and it will look like he is rolling. Even when pressed Esc, nothing happens and the Claude Code as a whole is stock. The only way to pass it is to start a fresh claude code chat and resume, but eventually getting freezed again.
