[Bug] Claude stops generating tokens mid-response, requires `/resume` to continue

Bug Description
claude keeps getting stuck and not producing more tokens. i uninstalled and reinstalled and still continues. it is the worst user experience i cant make it work i need to keep /resume to continue my work. please fix this issue.
