What You Asked Claude to Do

I asked it to make an iframe or download a YouTube Video locally.

What Claude Actually Did

I tried to embed a short, which obviously didn't work, and spent 12K tokens trying to get it right.

Expected Behavior

If I frame or download locally, after it's downloaded, the whole screen doesn't work. It's really buggy during off-peak hours, which business starts at 8 AM in ET/CT timezones, not PST, which is too late.

I make MD files with instructions in Claude code in the directory and on the server, and it often ignores them until about 10 AM Eastern Time.

Additional Context

We are on the Max Plan with the highest option available. We expected better. Never had earlier versions make such careless errors and disregard rules. It won't let us use Opus in Claude Code, so why can't Sonnet be better.
