[FEATURE] Subagents sync across machines

Problem Statement

I often find myself working on projects on different machines (e.g., via SSH remote sessions) and discover the need for a new subagent definition, not necessarily related to that project but reusable across several other projects.

Proposed Solution

Would it be possible to add the possibility to sync the sub-agents definition via cloud (e.g., GitHub) so that I find the very same personal sub-agents in each Claude Code installation?

Alternative Solutions

I know it's easy to achieve manually, but would be nice to have this integrated in Claude Code similar to what happens for VSCode Setting Sync feature via GitHub.
