[BUG] Context window ridiculously short.

What's Wrong?

The context window is ridiculously short. This has been the case for the last month and isn't changing. Contrasting to my experience for many months before that... just doing a couple of coding tasks and the context has to compact again (i'm talking 5 to 10 minutes of normal usage, nothing extreme and not very big code changes)

It feels ridiculous. I'm compacting more than coding at this point. I don't understand how it can be this bad.

currently on Windows 11, vscode extension but same experience on Linux (vscode extension).

What Should Happen?

Should be much more like my experience in the months before... actually able to do more then 5 to 10 minutes of work before another compact.
