[BUG] vscode extension on WSL fail to start

What's Wrong?

when opening the claude code panel in vscode WSL, it stucks. And the stop button is not workable too. Looking at the error message, it says a jsonl file not foud, so I went to terminal to check this. That jsonl file is on there. And i can confirm this as I have tried 5 times. Each time it says a jsonl file not found but there has that file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install latest claude code extension in VsCode WSL
2. click the claude code icon and send a message
3. when it's hanging, open the OUTPUT of vscode and choose ClaudeVSCode to view the error message
4. in error message, it says a file not found. but if we use ls in terminal, we can find it.
