What's Wrong?

i want to refund.
i joined claude before 1 month. i tried pro plan. then i left using.
yesterday i got a sms from bank app. i checked payments and saw Claude AI payments is 200$. why 1 year subs ? why they didnt ask before process ? i dont want this payment and please refund that. and dont tell go to support, because there is a BOT and always same : non-eligible ! is it jone ?
