[BUG] auto-accept not respected when /ide integration is running (with IntelliJ)

What's Wrong?

On 2.0.53 when /ide is running against IntelliJ IDEa, it opens up diff windows even when auto-accept is on. This is a regression it wasn't happening last few versions.

I notice this most consistently when running claude code in IntelliJ integrated terminal

What Should Happen?

if auto-accept edits is on, it shouldn't be asking for confirmation in a diff window.

Run claude, do shift tab to accept edits and let him do some edits somewhere.
