[BUG] Claude Code 2.0.50 super slow now in Windows Powershell

What's Wrong?

After a few minutes or better said after many messages and work Claude Code has done, Claude gets super slow, freezing all the time, working with maximum slow motion. Before this, that never happened. I always use /resume and it never got slower (of course my RAM or CPU is not full). Is it because of the new git-status constantly monitoring changes? I will downgrade to 2.0.49 now because it's taking ages now to get one change done. Also every paste in the terminal takes 5-10 seconds or more when it was 1-2 sec with older versions
