[Feature Request] Add sound and system notifications for task completion and input prompts

**Feature Request**
Feature Request: Add an option whereby a sound and/or system notification is triggered when Claude finishes work or is waiting for user input. This would help when context-switching to other tasks while Claude works (the user wouldn't need to keep checking to see if the task is done or their input is needed). I use Warp terminal - if it only works with Warp that's fine by me. However, I suspect most users would appreciate this option. I've looked into implementing this myself
