Description:
claude auth commands fail when executed through the Bash tool with exit code 137 and the message "[Request interrupted by user for tool use]".

Commands affected:

• claude auth whoami
• claude auth logout

Commands that work correctly:

• claude --version
• claude update

Error details:

Exit code 137
[Request interrupted by user for tool use]

Environment:

• Platform: win32
• Working directory: Git repository
• Claude Code version: 2.0.50

This appears to be a regression in the 2.0.50 release.
