[Bug] Agents ignore explicit --no-typecheck/--no-lint flags, causing system crashes

Bug Description
Annoying bug where you ask claude to perform the task using multiple parallel agents EXPLICITLY WITHOUT Typechecking or Lint checking and the Agents never follow command. They always end up Typechecking or lint even after the hard NO.. Why is this annoying? Because it crashes my computer and my claude code session EVERYTIME. I then have to force kill WSL and sometimes even restart my computer. Please fix, all i want is if I tell claude: Complete task using parallel agents without typecheck or lint. For the agents to actually follow instructions.
