[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Image does not match the provided media type

Bug Description
I asked Claude to investigate some UI related problem. It then took a screenshot of the UI using a tool. In the terminal I could see Claude print a 400 HTTP error and did not respond with an answer after that. The same error kept on appearing when I tried to ask more questions and it seems to be stuck.
