[FEATURE] Let me turn off Autocompact buffer and free 22.5% of context

Problem Statement

200k tokens is not that much for complex tasks and compact is usless. When I reach full contenxt, I have to restart session anyway because after comapct CC forgets basic staff - like rules of communication with me, evailable tools other info about environment.

Proposed Solution

The best solution is to use extra prameter while starting claude

claude --turn-off-autocompact-buffer
