[BUG] CLion shows "Claude Code not installed" despite successful IDE connection

What's Wrong?

After the Claude Code Plugin invokes Claude Code, I run the ide command and it shows "IDE connection successful". However, CLion still displays a message indicating that Claude Code is not installed.

What Should Happen?

CLion should recognize that Claude Code is properly installed and connected after the successful IDE connection.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Claude Code from the Claude Code Plugin
2. Execute the ide command in Claude Code
3. Receive "IDE connected successfully" confirmation
4. CLion still shows "Claude Code not installed" warning/notification
