[Bug] Unexpected MCP tool invocation during model update operation

Bug Description
Tried to update the model to test out Kit and Claude started searching BigQuery MCP connection for schema information. I regularly use CC for work on BQ so not sure if this is due to memory of frequent requests but it should've either ask to clarify the request or tried to update the model
