[BUG] Merge PR and delete branch on GitHub freezes Claude

What's Wrong?

Created a PR from the CC web prompt, merged the PR and deleted the branch at GitHub after it was merged.

Was able to enter my next prompt, but the UI froze after submission.

What Should Happen?

Should have been able to access the UI! Upload button shows upload, but grayed out.

Error Messages/Logs

No errors reported at all.
