[Feature Request] Add option to require impact analysis and risk assessment before code generation

Bug Description
All too often Claude is way too eager to provide a solution without researching the real solution that requires more thought and considerations. Overengineered quick hacks are provided in the interest of instant gratification, that is often detrimental in the long run. It's obsequious nature and unwillingness to consider the damage and risk assessment (impact study) of its changes sometime creates more work for me and decreases my level of trust.
