Problem Statement

Aynı oturum başlığı altında devam ederken, Claude Code önceki konuşma geçmişini göremiyor. Her seferinde aynı bağlamı tekrar anlatmak zorundayım. Bu durumun normal oturum davranışı ile çelişiyor.

Proposed Solution

Aynı oturum içinde tüm konuşma geçmişi korunmalı ve hatırlanmalı.
