Claude Code give option but the 3rd option not able to select, seems because there is extra line / path mentioned

1. Tell Claude what to do differently

The 3rd optioin not able to select in iterm2

What Should Happen?

We should be able to select the 3rd option in any terminal

No error, claude code just does not select, we have to ESC.

Steps to Reproduce

Let claude give you option where the 3rd one has NO and instruct claude to do differently, that us not working, possibly of the 2nd option has extra line,
