[BUG] Cannot type in Claude Code on Windows bash until pressing Ctrl+V

What's Wrong?

When launching Claude Code in bash on Windows (inside Windows Terminal), keyboard input doesn't work until pressing Ctrl+V. This happens consistently on every launch.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to type into the prompt box without having to press "ctrl + v".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Windows Terminal with bash shell
2. Run claude
3. Try to type - nothing appears
4. Press Ctrl+V (paste command)
5. Keyboard input now works normally
