[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Image dimensions exceed max size in multi-image requests

Bug Description
Sometimes I will randomly get an error like this: API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"messages.40.content.5.image.source.base64.data: At least one of the image dimensions exceed max allowed
size for many-image requests: 2000 pixels"},"request_id":"req_011CV4ErX93DxuJTX2hQezZ4"}

When it appears, there's no way to fix it other than to restart Claude or run /clear.
