[Bug/Feedback] Interactive prompt option 3 blocks command input instead of returning to CLI prompt

_this arguably isn't a bug, more a complaint about a behavior change, that sorta feels like a bug cuz I can't easily do what I used to do frequently_

Bug Description
As of 2.0.37 I noticed when I get a prompt like this:

Do you want to proceed?
❯ 1. Yes

  1. Yes, and don't ask again for bash commands in ...
  2. Tell Claude what to do differently

If I select 3. - it used to just put me back to the normal prompt, where I could issue a command, which I did frequently.

Now the UI is putting the cursor into 3. and allowing me to type text in there - but I can't issue a command. The command is short-hand for about a 3-sentence response where I have to convince Claude to use the various shell scripts we've developed to allow it to do things that greatly reduces the chances of it prompting me for weird ad-libbed commands.
