[BUG] Skill loading message displayed twice in terminal

What's Wrong?

Skill loading messages are displayed twice in the terminal output. When loading any skill using the Skill tool, the message "> The "skillname" skill is running" appears duplicated.

What Should Happen?

The skill loading message should appear only once.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load any skill (e.g., windows-env-vars or codesys)
2. Observe terminal output
3. The message "> The "skillname" skill is running" appears twice consecutively

Is this a regression?
