[BUG] The first message takes 5 minutes to get a response.

What's Wrong?

Whenever I start a session with Claude code in the terminal or with cursor plugin, the first message takes 5 minutes to get a response. Next messages have no latency, responses are shown right away. It throws no visible errors.

Does anyone else have the same issue ?

What Should Happen?

I should not wait 5 minutes for a response to the message "hello"
