[BUG] MACOS Skills Feature is on a hardcoded linux path. Can't access.

What's Wrong?

The skills feature is trying to access a hardcoded Linux path (/mnt/skills) that doesn't exist on macOS when trying to access it from claude desktop. On claude code works via plugin.

What Should Happen?

Claude should be able to access the skills feature on mac os.
