[Bug] Option key setting repeatedly resets to checked in PhpStorm

Bug Description
Claude code in phpstorm changing "use Option as Meta key" all the time. If I uncheck it, very soon it's again checked. This makes Option-key not working properly, e.g. I can't write @-mark because if this issue.
