What's Wrong?
Since yesterday, after a complete reinstallation of Claude Code using the native Windows installer: When I use the terminal version of Claude from VSCode, and Claude asks me for file editing permissions (choice 1: Yes, 2: Yes and authorize for the rest of the session, or 3: Deny), if I choose option 2, Claude treats it as a refusal.
As a result, I can only use choice 1 or deny.
What Should Happen?
Authorize for the rest of the session
