[BUG] /clear now defaults to /cleanup

What's Wrong?

Typically typing /clear is used for clearing context - a very command command.

Now when typing /clear it defaults to /cleanproject - a much less used feature

This behaviour changed over the last day or two

What Should Happen?

It should go to /clear

1. Start Claude code
2. type /clear
3. see result is not clear
