[BUG] VS Code extension's chats get "Prompt too long" once and gets stuck on prompt too long forever.

What's Wrong?

VS Code extension's chats get "Prompt too long" once and gets stuck on prompt too long forever. Whatever you send it it just keeps saying "Prompt too long".

What Should Happen?

If we give a normal prompt it shouldn't keep warning it's too long ofc.

Idk maybe give a prompt too long to claude in the extension and I reckon it might keep just saying that.
