What's Wrong?

i keep receiving :
API Error: 401 {"error":{"message":"Authorization Failure","type":"1000"}}

for the claude code even though the login is successful. 

I am using it on Windows 11 machine. 

before the Claude Code, I used other custom models in it such as GLM 4.6 . please help me solve the problem.
